Our combined skillsets are the result of extensive, hands‑on experience supported by advanced education. With more than twelve years in customer service, ten years in the mechanical and plumbing service industries, and fifteen years across multiple accounting functions, we bring a well‑rounded and practical perspective to every engagement.

One member of our team holds an MBA in Governance and Finance, providing deep expertise in organizational structure, financial oversight, and strategic decision‑making. The other holds an MBA and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), offering advanced capabilities in process improvement, operational efficiency, and data‑driven problem‑solving.

Together, we are able to take an objective, outsider’s view of any situation, conduct thorough analysis, and develop clear, step‑by‑step plans that enable meaningful and sustainable improvement. Our goal is to provide organizations with a fresh perspective, actionable insights, and the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

All pricing, deliverables, and expectations are discussed upfront—before any payment is made—so there are no surprises. Once the work is completed, the customer receives a playbook or set of deliverables that can be referenced at any time in the future.
